Good list, Marcia. If I’m lucky, I’ll remember two or three of them more than five minutes. Seriously, I live by most of them and don’t disagree with any.

This is one GREAT list! Thank you for sharing it. (I’ll make notes to keep and re-read often.) The mantra I use as part of a daily meditation is something I got from Jack Kornfield (American Buddhist trained in Thailand). It is: “May I be filled with loving kindness. May I be well. May I be peaceful and at ease. May I be happy.” Sometimes I change it around to wish it for others, sometimes I say “I AM filled with loving-kindness, I AM well….and so on. Marcia, I think you might like my Thanksgiving post because of a poem in there. http://www.life-change-compost.com

Thanks Marcia! Obviously I had a little confusion over whether the system “took” my comment. I wish you all good things and many blessings.

Really great and full list Marcia…you are terrific. A Jack Kornfield mantra I use with daily meditation : “may I be filled with loving kindness. May I be well. May I be peaceful and at ease. May I be happy.” Over and over softly. It’s very powerful.
