*Go to a Zumba class
Zumba is something I have wanted to try for a long time but, I’ve been too intimidated to join a class. Why? Who wants to walk into a class of women who know how to Zumba already and risk looking like an uncoordinated bag of bones and flab!
However, I found this awesomely fun video on Pinterest that totally changed my mind about Zumba! Watch the 65 year old lady behind the instructor!
I could definitely do that!
